We put an offer in

We got a phone call today from our Realtor that someone else had put a bid in on the house. AGH. So we had our loan application dropped off and we called our bank to get moving on getting the acceptance letter. So we got the letter and while I was working tonight. Craig put a bid in of $78,000. We have no idea what the other people put in for a bid. So we could either get a counter offer from the bank that holds has the house, or the other peoples offer could have been more than ours and we won't even get a counter offer. So we'll wait and see, hopefully by tomorrow morning we will know something. I'll keep you posted.
