Teagan's first day

Teagan's first day of kindergarten went wonderfully. She did fantastic when we dropped her off, she didn't cry or anything. She gave us hugs and said "Bye Mom, I'll see you this afternoon". And that was it she was off to play with her classmates. She was so excited to learn. I'm so happy she is excited about it. I held off on the tears until we got back to the car and then I lost it.But seeing her so happy and excited when we came to pick her up made me so happy. She has seriously talked almost none stop since she got in the car. She made some new friends named Lily and McKenzie that she sat by for lunch and she played out side and she had chocolate milk at snack time and they played a game with balloons and...... I love it. I hope her enthusiasm keeps going for school.



Noah was upset that he couldn't stay and play with all the toys he said "How come Teagan gets to stay and I don't?" I really hope he's that excited next year when he goes to 4K. Noah got to spend the day with Papa Phillip which is always so much fun for him. They picked sweet corn and apples and made apple crisp. He got to go for a pick up ride and a tractor ride. Both my kids had so much stuff to tell me tonight. It's been hard to talk with both of them talking and talking. I'm so glad I could be home tonight with them. I wish I could not work and not have to worry about money. Unfortunately that's not going to happen.

Well I'd better cut this off gotta get my kiddos into bed so we can be up early for day 2.
