Wish me luck

Just thought I would share with all of you, next Tuesday at 0830 I have an interview at the clinic in Black River. I have very mixed feelings on wanting this job. I sent in my resume almost 2 months ago and just finally got a call yesterday. I was pretty sure I wasn't going to even get a call back on it. I really really love my jobs right now, but not getting any hours and having to drive so far is really taking it's toll. The clinic position would be weekdays only, which would be amazing. It would be a big pay cut, but guaranteed 40 hours a week and a 3 minute drive would be worth it. I would go to Pool at FSH because I just can't totally give up my position there. I would probably work some Saturdays and holidays. So I think overall I'm really hoping to get this position, but I'm scared to start something new. I do know a lot of people that work at the clinic so that would help I'm sure. So please keep me in your thoughts next Tuesday morning while I'm having my interview.

I think Noah is getting Teagan's flu bug. He just put pj's back on and asked if we could take a nap. He's been coughing like crazy too. It's a good snuggle day. We both have our pj's on and we are watching cartoons. I love my snuggle time. I hope it's something my kids don't outgrow for a long time.

We (meaning my Dad and Craig) are working on finishing our basement. We have walls up and drywall on them. So next week when Craig is off they will get the walls taped and mudded and get the doors up. I can't wait until it's all done. I'm so excited to have a room just for me. I'm going to set up my sewing room down there. I haven't done much sewing at all since my kids were born because I've never had a place to have the mess. Now I can just shut the door and leave the mess until I can get back to it. I'm hoping to find some cheap carpet to put down there so the floor is a little warmer. We have heat down there, but the floor stays cold no matter how much heat you have.

Noah and I are going to settle in for a nap.

Good luck, Rochelle! It seems many people I know are about to make big changes in their employment, amazing how life changes so fast. We'll miss you at work, wish I got to see you around more. No matter where you end up working, we'll still have to plan playdates with the kids. Hope the interview goes well and you get the job!
