Blizzard

Holy snow. We are in a blizzard warning for tonight and tomorrow. I'm so thankful my boss in Tomah said I should just stay home instead of venturing out in this lovely weather. I must say it is very pretty when I don't have to go anywhere in it. I'm relaxing with my kids enjoying the Christmas lights. I really hope we don't get a foot of snow like they are predicting. Hopefully the snow blower still works.

We had the kids Christmas pictures taken by a lady in Whitehall. I'm so happy with how they turned out.





I still have some Christmas shopping to finish. We are doing our cookie exchange on Saturday with Craig's family. I'm making ones called Kris Kringle cookies. They have white chocolate and dried cranberries in them. I'm hoping they are good. I'll have to let you know.

Oh my goodness the kids are wound up tonight. I think all the snow is making them crazy. I'm guessing we'll have a snow day tomorrow. Should make for some fun pictures. Oh which reminds me I ordered a new camera yesterday from dell.com. It's a Nikon coolpix 12.1 megapixel with a 24x zoom. I'm so excited to get it, the 3 day shipping seems like forever. At least I'll have it in time for the holidays. I still can't believe Christmas is so close. This year has flown by.

I hope everyone is staying warm and not having to travel too far in this horrible weather. I'm hoping to not have to go anywhere until work tomorrow night at 7pm. I'll have to share pictures from cookie baking.
