I hope my phone works

I just have to share with all of you in blogland what happened tonight at my house. I was on call again. (Being home is nice, my check is going to be terrible though) so I decided that we would finish up the candies that I wanted to get made for Christmas. So Teagan was helping me make peanut brittle and she got some sticky on my phone. Well Noah being the little helper that he is, decided he would wash it for me. In the sink in the bathroom. So right now my phone is drying, I'm praying that it works again when it's dry. The little dot by the battery that indicates water damage isn't totally red, so I'm praying it works again. This is the second phone the kids have destroyed. I'm not sure if you recall, but about a year ago Teagan dropped my phone in the toilet. That one was for sure a goner, I didn't even try. I just threw is away. We'll see what happens with this one. UGH.

Wow do we have a ton of snow and it's still snowing. I'm so ready for spring. Snow is pretty, but I've seen enough now. I want to be able to go outside with my flip flops and not have to worry about bringing hats, mittens, boots, snowpants, etc when we want to go somewhere. I'm ready for camping. We have 1 weekend booked already. I've been working on getting more booked. Everytime we smell a wood stove burning Teagan says "Mom, it smells like campfire". Indeed she is right, it's one of my most favorite smells in the whole world. I've been looking at the kids summer pictures, dreaming of warm summer days. I can't wait until the summer clothes start coming out. I got Teagan a few new swimsuits off of ebay for our trip the Dells in Feb so her and Noah have been parading around the house in swimwear pretending to be at the beach. Silly kids.

Well I'd better go finish up my truffles and head to bed. Hopefully I'll be working tomorrow and the snow will stop.
